Refunds

• Once you confirm your payment, you will have 30 days prior to the start of camp to request a full refund. You will be able to receive a full refund for the cost of camp.  However, you will not be able to receive a refund for the checkout fee.
• 21-29 days prior to camp you are eligible for a 75% refund.
• 14-20 days prior to camp you are eligible for a 50% refund.
• 8-13 days prior to camp you are eligible for a 25% refund.
• You will not receive a refund if you withdraw your child from the camp within a week of the start of camp, unless it is for a medical emergency.
• We will either refund your money directly back to your account through Ryzer, or we will send you a check in the mail.
